Comfort, quality and style are at the forefront of the mindful design for Atlantic Avenue. “The launch of our Atlantic Avenue project is a significant milestone for the company, marking our first retail tenant as well as the most affordable offering of the firm’s portfolio to-date,” says Bill Caleo, co-founder of TBHCo. “With each property we design and develop throughout the borough, our goal has always been to thoughtfully transform Brooklyn’s real estate landscape, leaving each place better than we found it. We are proud to continue providing the warm and welcoming quality for which each of our residences have become known, while promoting local businesses and further connecting the building with our community.”

Located within the Boerum Hill Historic District, 365 and 367 Atlantic Avenue were constructed in the late 1800s. Connected by a shared ground floor, the structures formerly housed commercial tenants in this popular corridor that linked residential neighborhoods with the Atlantic Avenue Ferry and thriving industrial waterfront. Today, the stately brick buildings feature a video intercom entry and laundry facilities to compliment a pristine residential offering, luxury retail space and garden.

Two retailers, Outline and a local clothing store, will occupy the commercial spaces below the residences. Outline is an indoor-outdoor concept store consisting of a women's apparel boutique and a working garden, where residents can pick up freshly cut bouquets of unique flowers, perennial herbs, and native plants. The 1200-square-foot indoor retail space is intentionally designed to flow effortlessly through to the 570-square-foot garden, unifying both environments and encouraging customers to move effortlessly between the two zones as one. Outline founders Margaret Austin, Julia Edelman, and Hannah Rieke bring a fresh perspective and ingenuity to the neighborhood and beyond with an assortment of products that spans womens apparel, homeware design, and flora.
