Flávio and Marcela bought their apartment before the building was constructed. As a result, we were able to plan every detail together, altering the original floor plan to create an apartment that worked best for the couple's needs.
The apartment is a duplex with the intimate areas upstairs and the social areas downstairs. On the first floor, the starting point was the possibilities for integrating the rooms: panels and sliding doors give flexibility and allow spaces to be connected. And the outdoor area at the back can be seen from almost every room. The impression is of being in a house on the heights.
On the second floor, coziness is the main theme: wood tones and textured fabrics and carpets reinforce the feeling of comfort.
