Located on one of the most traditional streets of City Bell, Building 472CB is located in a large and forested area of the urban area.
With the intention of preserving and respecting the urban and natural context of the neighborhood, the decision was made to implant the complex away from the municipal front.
The staggered design of the volumetry of the building allows all the homes to have greater sunlight and extended views of the lush landscape.
Access to the complex is characterized by a successful transition between public and private space, through a pedestrian path that crosses the tree-lined garden with a pool, linking Calle 472 with the hall of the building.
The 18 apartments that make up the complex have large private terraces with views of the garden, and a surface that varies from 100 to 125 square meters.
The materials chosen for the exterior finishes were exposed concrete, wood and glass, thus achieving a simple and contemporary architectural language.
