TEN's clever design allows full-story and half-story homes privileged views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway, from sunrise to sunset. Working together, this unified team began by focusing on the natural environment. His energies were directed at strengthening the connections between the ocean, the landscape, and the human experience, ultimately creating a visceral sense of place. Presented with this duality, TEN Architects and Sasaki created a compelling and holistic vision for oceanfront life based on one fundamental principle: balance. Serene gardens, a sculpture park, and reflective pools are interspersed on the property's exteriors, providing tranquil counterpoints to the spectacular ocean views. Inside the elegant glass tower, the interior designs reflect the balance between night and day. Each floor has a private terrace facing the eastern sea and a private terrace facing the western garden, giving residents the chance to watch the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean and set each day on the Intracoastal Waterway from the comfort of their own homes.
