With the SA systems, the profiles of the metallic structure containing glazing panels of large dimensions and weight can be particularly thin due to their special configuration that allows the building of sturdy frames with excellent resistance to atmospheric agents and safety performance.
Despite not being a thermal break system, SA still guarantees good insulation, thanks to the possibility of installing glazing with low thermal transmittance and to the reduced dispersive metallic surface.
SA windows and doors are available in four materials – painted galvanized steel, stainless steel 304 and 316, corten steel and brass – and in two different versions – rebated and flush-mounted – and can be used in various different contexts, for instance in renovation, to reproduce the intersecting of thin mullions and transoms and in the case of the large glass windows characteristic of contemporary architecture that require highly technological performance.
The performance of SA has been tested by the best European certification laboratories in conformity with the current standard EN 14351-1 regulations.
