Here’s a preview of what’s happening at Ventura Lambrate 2014: VENTURA TEAM UP & VENTURA HIVE Design is undergoing a period of transformation, shifting to a more interdisciplinary approach. Interpersonal relations conducted through design have cultural, social, political and economic implications. In Ventura Team Up this trend becomes visible: designers team up with each other and with people in different fields to realise the next step in their practice. The new platform Ventura Hive presents up-and-coming talents like Hunch, Liberte Design Studio, Micromacro | Sara Bernardi, Koskela and Studio Bycolor + Kanaguya. The name “hive” hints at the idea of creatives being hard-working bees, each in his or her own hive. Ventura Hive gives talented designers the opportunity to express themselves in a group exhibition for maximum exposure. Ventura Hive is produced in partnership with Officine Tamborrino.
