WITH-IN was founded in Hong Kong in 2004. Its lead co-founder Mr. Derek Chiu was educated in Hong Kong and Tokyo. Partners: Ms. Isabelle Song, Mr. Ricky Man. WITH-IN has a typical approach of initiating a project through critical re-appraisal on parameters like design criteria, site/context, program, marketing strategy, architectural runs as well as other external attributes. WITH-IN believes when criticality reaches a certain level, or twist, new form emerges
