office 4 architecture + design also known as OAD. OAD is an interdisciplinary architecture firm that focuses on Hotel + Resorts, and Commercial projects. Our design team has developed a portfolio that also includes Residential, Retail, Education, and Mixed-Use among others. We also provide Architectural Interiors, Master Planning, and Urban Design. From USA to China OAD is an American-Chinese child, born from the desire of a few Chinese and American Architects working in the New York Metro area. It all started in 2002 as a dual location office with a New York/New Jersey office and a Beijing Office. Today, OAD is primarily based in Beijing and it has created a Chengdu satellite office. We have developed a large team that can assist in any given project. This team integrates top level Chinese experts with international project experience that make our vision possible
