In contrast to standard Turnkey Model, Montage Designbuild is the only company in Islamabad to bring together in-house architects and Interior Designers, in parallel with in-house construction and project management, all under one roof. As a design studio, we employ in-house construction teams to facilitate and execute our design vision in a tightly controlled and streamlined way. Having in-house construction ensures our high design standards are executed with equally high engineering standards. Projects are design-led, as opposed to build-led.

We remove the stress of a building project and the fear of working with builders. All residential projects are designed, built and project managed by Montage Designbuild. We are the sole point of contact throughout the lifespan of a project and manage the entire process from beginning to end.
We are passionate about design. With an established knowledge and understanding of residential design, our architectural team creates innovative design solutions that are site specific. We bring together both expert design and technical skills from concept to construction detailing. Each Project is designed by our lead architect herself, and she remains the main point of contact throughout the design process. She also manages and coordinates the project design team including structural engineers, interior designers and specialty sub consultants; and works alongside our site teams to ensure that the studio’s high design standards are executed with equally high engineering standards
