History
Godridge Samuel, Chartered Architect, established his practice in 1993 and incorporated Sole Proprietorship practice MMGS ARCHITECTS in February 1998. This practice was later converted to a private limited liability company in September 2015.
Philosophy
MMGS ARCHITECTS strives to achieve excellence by producing unique designs through creativity which reflects individuality of both client and practice and provide them with simple and minimalistic architectural spaces.
Scope of Services
MMGS ARCHITECTS comprises of a creative and energetic team of architects and consultants and offers consortium services required to complete building projects. Apart from Architectural and Interior design services, it offers services from associated disciplines such as Structural Engineering, Water supply and Drainage, Mechanical Ventilation & Air conditioning, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Building Services and Quantity Surveying picked from a pool of well qualified and experienced professionals who are experts in their own fields.
Principal Architect
Principal architect Godridge Samuel is a product of the University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka. He completed his BSc. (Built Environment) with second class upper division pass in 1987 & MSc in Architecture in 1991 receiving the Sri Lanka Institute of Architects Award for highest overall marks obtained at MSc. final examination and Geoffrey Bawa Award for obtaining highest marks for the Comprehensive Design Project at MSc final examination.
Archt. Godridge Samuel obtained corporate membership at Sri Lanka Institute of Architects in 1992 and was admitted to Fellow Membership in 2003
