The Study has placed special emphasis on Rationalism, concerned with the constant improvement of society and the enhancement of the quality of life, in search of interpreting the best relationship of human beings with the environment and seeking new solutions to solve the problems of life in society. We see there a nucleus of thought that cannot be abandoned; on the contrary, certain avenues remain open and must continue to be explored.

From the rational use of space and the distribution of architectural elements, always including the natural environment to the built environment.  

In architecture and urban planning we find tools to improve people's quality of life, in design we find pieces for inclusion and we notice in construction an engine to dynamize the economy.
