ILLUMINATION - MARINOS PATRIKIOS, was established in 1973 and specializes in the manufacturing of indoor and outdoor lighting fittings, focusing in the field of architectural lighting. The constant goal of MP ILLUMINATION is to the invest in new product design and development, according to the latest international architectural and decorative standards, taking always care of the high lighting performance and safety of its products. The company owns a well organised and growing wholesale network in the domestic market and also internationally, supporting its partners with quality services, both before and after sales. MP ILLUMINATION disposes a complete production line which starts from the concept of a new lighting design and ends up to its manufacture. Guarantee of quality and satisfaction of the customers constitute the use of constantly updated manufacturing techniques, the development of quality controls in all stages of production, the choice of raw materials from well known companies internationally, as well as the long-lasting experience. The lighting fittings of MP ILLUMINATION are manufactured, checked and tested in compliance to the general standard of the European Union for lighting fittings EN-60598 and they are CE marked on their bodies and packing boxes. The safety testings of MP lighting fittings were carried out at ELOT testing laboratories. Besides, MPILLUMINATION has been certified with ISO 9001 from DQS GERMANY, for the quality management system of its internal processes. MPILLUMINATION offers a wide range of lighting fittings for indoors and outdoors use, which include the following categories of products: waterproof projectors for outdoors use, decorative wall fixed waterproof fittings, garden lights, street lights, waterproof ground buried fittings, led lights, lighting fittings for T5 fluorescent lamps, downlights for PL & HQI lamps for indoors use, pendant lights, appliqués recessed or external, projectors for indoors use and tracks, spotlights for ceiling and concrete constructions, marine lighting fittings for use at ships, yachts, shipyards. The lightings of MP ILLUMINATION have been used in demanding applications, such as offices of companies, commercial centres, museums, airports, hospitals, public buildings, hotels, educational institutions, modern residences, public spaces, streets, ships, factories. Some of the recent international projects undertaken by MPILLUMNATION are: the ABU DHABI airport in the United Arab Emirates, the new airport of Cyprus, the Budapest airport, the University of Sorbonne in Abu Dhabi, the group of residences AL BARRARI and the commercial centre AL JIMMI MALL in Dubai and many other. Moreover, the company offers the possibility of OEM services, by producing special lighting fittings according to customer’s design. The ecological conscience of the company has led in the investment for the production of a big variety of lighting fittings suitable for led lamps, as led lamps ensure , big duration of life without need of continuous service, high lighting performance and possibility of recycling. MP ILLUMINATION is also an active member of the company FOTOKYKLOSI S.A. which deals with the recycling of lighting fittings. The company’s central offices, showroom and factory are situated very close to the Skaramangas shipyards, in private premises of 7.000m2
