In 1927 Auguste, François and Jean Grosfillex founded Grosfillex in the small village of Arbent, near Oyonnax (01). The company took an industrial direction in 1954 when Raymond Grosfillex decided to produce more sophisticated plastic products for the home, with garden furniture, planters, folding doors, joinery, and so forth. These new plastic products were practical, comfortable, durable and robust, revolutionising the home environment. Grosfillex has become a multinational group with an international presence, with three production plants, in France, the USA and Brazil, as well as several subsidiary companies which spread Grosfillex’s image to all four corners of the globe. The sales departments are devoted to: - Outdoor Furniture - Planters - Equipment for Hospitality Industry - Stadium Equipment (terraces) - Institutions - Wall panelling, folding doors - Windows and locks (indoor and outdoor doors) - Utility storage - Garden shelters As a company, Grosfillex respcts the environment: our manofacturing process does not produce emissions and we make constant efforts to reduce, reuse and recycle materials. Grosfillex has reduced waste by 70%.
