More about this product:

An innovative, large, double-sash window which after opening creates a balcony.

The upper sash is opened upwards, the lower forward allowing easy access to the balcony bay. The sash when opened in position from 0° to 45° is supported by innovative supporting mechanism enabling to leave the sash open in any position within this range.

The window features a multi-point locking system, without a traditional locking assembly. After turning the handle, the sash is locked at two sides of the frame.

The sash can be rotated through 180° and locked allowing safe and easy cleaning of the outer pane.

Side safety barriers are integrated into the bottom sash and slide out during opening. When closing the lower sash, balcony rails are hidden inside the window and are not visible above the roof surface. Concealed under the window flashing elements they do not collect dirt or spoil aesthetics of the roof. Once the balcony window is open, barriers are always dry and clean to secure trouble-free operation.
