Petit by Sam
Petit by Sam is a bakery & coffee shop in The Hague, The Netherlands. Founded in 2020 in Amsterdam by Sam, it offers small patisserie and specialty coffee. In 2023 Sam decided to enlarge her offer, and has collaborated with Studio Ninetynine to design the second location in the heart of The Hague. The second location has bigger aspirations, besides the breakfast and all day dining, a small retail section and a workshop area are part of the concept.

In this location besides the petite patisserie Petit by Sam aimed to have more space for comfortable cozy seats and also some space for retail and workshops in an overlooking kitchen area.

Nousias Pastry Lab
In the suburbs of Ioannina, on a ground floor building of 260sqm with a similar-sized basement, the lab and the headquarters of a well known pastry chain were transferred, creating at the same time both a sales and a sitting area in the concept of an all day café patisserie. During the designing stage, our main focus was to clearly separate the above uses in such a way that would serve the needs of the business and highlight the designing choices. Besides, the design of food service places form a creative dialogue among architecture, scenography and functionality.

A second branch of "Maison Kayser" in Israel.
This time challenge accepted in Bauhaus building from the 1920s located in Rothschild Square- the heart of Tel Aviv.
The uniqueness of the building and its surroundings lead us to a design language with classic and European touches.
And the result is right in front of you!

T by Luxbite
The design of the new addition to the Luxbite family, patisserie "T by Luxbite", aims to show that the best things can come in small packages, just like their pastries within. The overall design focuses on the presentation and quality of the shop’s unique products; complementing them without overshadowing them.The shop's name is derived from their sale pastry of choice, tarts. Similarly, the meticulous interior design draws inspiration from the intricately crafted tarts. The shop's 19sqm ground floor corner location along Flinders Lane required a stronger emphasis on shop-front prominence, and maximizing the use of all available internal space. The owners required 5 separate purpose-built fridges to fit within the shop's footprint... More

Titania Bakery
Interior design of Titania Bakery in the heart of Thessaloniki's city center. Titania, a bakery-patisserie established in 1935, commissioned our practice to design their new 160 square meters store, including production area.
Our goal was to create a modern and lively space that promotes and highlights the products and encourages people to enter the store. Careful consideration was given to the use of materials and decoration in order to maintain a sense of nostalgia and the legacy of the original store.
