Extent, with a timeless and contemporary ambiance, floods this 276 sq. m apartment done by ARCO Arquitectura Contemporánea´s team, with all the needs of a young family in mind.    Entering the apartment can be observed a common social area formed by the dining and living rooms that enjoy privileged views towards the city. New high-rise building has a round-shaped spacious apartments but inconvenient plannings. To solve this problem have invited the architect - designer Elena Ostapova. Result: The apartment was conducted redevelopment. Living room, kitchen and hall were united and in the hall built dressing room. Made three bathrooms: for a guest, for a child and for a parent. The wardrobe's wall is a complex relief which turns into the column. The bas-relief made by the author's sketches of Elena Ostapova and is the main art - object of the apartment. More

The magnificent view of the city from windows served as a starting point of the project. When this project began, seven years ago, the world was fascinated by neoclassical flirting with neo-baroque. We bet on the eternal geometry and won - says one of the authors of the "House of Piton" Arseny Leonovich. Unbalanced, from different sides of the house looks quite differently. In a certain angle (the view from the main facade) resembles a python curled. The entrance area flows into the double-height studio, takes place in the opposite direction and volume of completed master bedroom, which hangs over the entrance area.
