In recent years, significant efforts have been made to transform Antwerp's Schipperskwartier. Affordable housing is being offered to diverse target groups, acting as a catalyst for social change. The area associated with prostitution has been made more compact, and the surroundings of Oudemansstraat are gradually being transformed into an urban residential neighborhood. Our project on Oudemansstraat is part of this transformation, contributing to the development of a contemporary and attractive district. The Sheptytskyi Gymnasium project emerged as a response not only to the demand for a modern educational space but also as a tool for social interaction — a place where the school ceases to be a closed institution and becomes an active element of the Sykhiv community in Lviv. The project involves the renovation of non-residential premises in the center of Lviv, located in a building dating back to 1895. The space will become a new educational hub for the Ukrainian Leadership Academy — a program that prepares motivated teenagers for university studies and active civic life. The core concept of the project is to create a functional, comfortable environment for students to learn, grow, and connect. The update of the Zhytniy Market is not just a renovation, but a comprehensive rethinking of the space, aiming to preserve its authenticity and function while transforming it into a modern and convenient place for both Kyiv residents and tourists. Built in the 1980s, this unique example of Soviet modernism holds significant historical and cultural value. The massive concrete roof and decorative panels on the facade remain unchanged, preserving the building’s authenticity. TAA Agency presents one of its projects: “Aristote,” a new student residence comprising 199 units in Toulouse (Occitanie Region, France).  The project is located in the city of Toulouse, south of the city center, near the A620 highway and not far from the Paul Sabatier University complex. The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences and the “Faculté de Pharmacie” metro station (Line B) are situated directly east of the site.
