The private clinic is located in the administrative building of the former GANZ plant in Budapest, Hungary. In its design, which was taken care of by architects Péter Lenzsér, Mátyás Jug, and Krisztina Dobó from Lenzsér és Társa Kft, it was important to look at several factors. The world's largest retailer of sportswear operates in 57 countries and has more than 1,500 stores worldwide. They opened their first store in 1976. This year, they opened new back offices for the Czech Republic in Prague. The new offices are located in direct connection with one of the three stores in Prague. It is therefore a fit-out to the shopping center. Nevertheless, the office environment managed to tune in to the company's philosophy and create a sufficiently diverse work environment for people focusing on such a wide range of sports. The interior spaces of Westport Library were designed to accommodate multiple and flexible uses for every age group and all demographics, seven days a week. The transformation of this existing library, originally built in 1985 and expanded in 1998, unlocks the potential energy of its space and people. To achieve this transformation the outdated library interior was first gutted. A new college campus for AUCA breaks new ground in designing college spaces and in transforming Kyrgyzstan, a former Soviet republic. The design nods to liberal arts colleges of America while integrating the colors, patterns and hospitality of Kyrgyz nomadic culture. Like the indigenous yurt, the large academic building is a multi-use and flexible structure for learning, dining, gathering and playing. The project of two houses, located in the municipality of Tibau do Sul, is inserted in an irregular terrain of 642m² on a slope that dominates the amazing views to the GuaraírasLagoon and the spectacular dunes of Malemba beach - a fragment of northeastern desert where only the kitesurfers and the fishermen enjoy their enormous extensions of virgin sand.   In this privileged location are inserted two sculpted and independent volumes, integrated by a large pergola and oriented to the spectacular views towards the sunset. Brief  The project brief was to create an atmosphere with features of a reputable and high-class bank, and of modernity and dynamism at the same time — the signature elements of the sport world. Van der Valk asked us to provide them with an acousitc solution for their large reception hall and restaurant. Our CELLO acoustics were entirely custom made according to their needs. We designed a mosaic-like composition in their reception, not only ensuring a perfect acoustic design but also creating a more welcome and warm atmosphere.
