Roof panels

Our panels are built indoors in our factory with materials that’s dry stored, eliminating building moisture in the construction. By joining plywood and steel sheet,we get a very strong and yet light panel. We can therefore offer very long spans, wich saves considerable costs in your building projects. Our standard panel is supplied withan underlay coating, welded SBS-modified bituminous membrane, but if our customer wants a finished water proofing alternative, we can offer a finished single layer bitumen roofing membrane as well.

Construction plywood is a specially composed and ideal base for waterproofing.

The plywood is very suitable to compressive stresses and increases the ability to keep rigid roof panels with minimal impairment. Our panels are insulated with glass wool, rubber moldings and stone wool seal between the panels. Our panels are constructed with wood-based I-beams from Masonite Beams AB. Thermal conductivity ratio is very low and the panels offer very low U-values. Pre-assembled mounting brackets for quick installation. The interior is often a galvanized and polyester painted steel sheet, but we can also offer our customer a perforated steel sheet if they are in need of an acoustic solution.

The panel then provides a very durable surface and effectively acts as a diffusion barrier. The plate sized ability to absorb tensile stresses utilized.
