Matt, silky and strikingly simple, Pigment is a collection of single-colour wallpapers characterised by carefully selected colours in classic tones. Understated and visually harmonic, the collection is a perfect balance of traditional minimalism and current and upcoming design trends.

The collection is inspired by Nordic nature, particularly the contradictory nature of the region’s light, which can be both bleak and attractive at the same time. Each shade delicately harnesses the nuances created by perspective, working with, not against, the subtle changes in light that occur over the course of the day and the year.

In terms of colour, the collection has a wide, neutral palette, so nding the right base colour for your individual design style is simple. From soft greys and cool blues to warm, earthy beige and brown, every article works perfectly over larger areas and in every room.

- Creating a mood using Pigment is simple - a result of the authenticity and contemporary feel of its colour palette and its capacity to interact playfully with light. Calm and relaxing or warm and soft? North facing bedroom or south facing lounge? Whatever the room or the vibe you’re looking for, Pigment simply and naturally provides the perfect backdrop for your interior dreams, says Noomi Spange, designer at Boråstapeter.

The Pigment collection also includes a trend serie with a selection of wallpapers that highlights 2018’s biggest trends in colours. Pigment will launch in February 2018 and consist of 40 single-coloured wallpapers.
