Edificio Multifamiliar Plenamar
Edificio Multifamiliar de 12 plantas más azotea y 4 sótanos en un terreno en esquina con 2 frentes a pocos metros del malecón de Miraflores en Lima, Perú.
El Terreno se ubica en la esquina de las calles José de la Torre Ugarte con Contralmirante Villar, en el distrito de Miraflores en Lima, Perú. En un terreno de 440.00m2 con vista a la bahía de Chorrillos y al parque Miguel Grau.
El encargo del proyecto fue realizar la mayor cantidad de departamentos de tres dormitorios, teniendo como pie forzado que tres de ellos fueran de como mínimo 350.00m2.

Punta Hermosa H - 22 “PERMANENT HOUSE” ON THE BEACH
As the title suggests, following the client´s requirements, we designed a permanent house which is to be lived in all year round. For this reason, when it came to design, we paid attention not only to the interior spaces´ thermal insulation for extreme climate, but also took care that the private spaces maintain privacy and peacefulness. We looked for warm spaces, well illuminated and protected from the wind and/or the sea breeze during the winter season but without losing track of the idea of spacious social spaces, open, airy and with a direct spatial relation between the interior and the exterior.

Nicolas de Rivera Builiding
The Project consists of five floors and a parking in the basement, with a total of 7 apartments in there, divided in 4 flats and 3 duplex with views to the main avenue.
The entrance to the building is through the reception area, where the waiting room, principal ladders, elevators, and the basement access.
On the façade a metal structure frame the balconies of the second and third floor, this structure are in a marble volume in this two floors too.
