The object is situated in an area of former collective farm in Stare Mesto, Czech republic. Most buildings in the area are in a rundown condition. The object of MERcut should have been the first impulse to its revitalization and transformation of the intended focus of industrial premises. Plan shape and situation of the building are determined by position of access road and rights to land. The building uses a maximum built-up land. For this reason, the rectangular shape of the southeast side is cut off into the trapezium. Glass entrance part of the building is devoted to administration.
