Tile and slate

Brief One of the key landmark buildings in the heart of Newcastle’s most prestigious street has been restored in a £6.2m regenerations programme. Lloyds Court is large, prominent Grade II listed building and a natural, slate roof was needed to help with the strict planning regulations and to blend in with surrounding buildings. By using our Tile and Slate support system, it was possible for natural slate to be used on top whilst also benefiting from the quick installation and thermal properties of an insulated roof panel underneath.
