Hitachi City Hidaka Elementary School is located in Hitachi City, where Hitachi, one of the world's top 500 companies, was founded. As a renovation project for the  school building, we defined the design concept of the school as "a school that nurtures children's future dreams". A custom made project of a 100m² apartment by the sea in Knokke Heist, Belgium.It was the wish of the customer and the designer to keep the relationship between outside and inside as serene as possible, with as little contrast as possible.   This results in a homogeneous concept where tranquility and simplicity prevail by the use of natural, yet qualitative materials.   The main material chosen is a light oak wood veneer with a vertical grain, which is combined with a more brutal drawing in the ceramic stone and a playful combination of colors in the terrazzo stone.   The kitchen is conceived as one large furniture block with integrated bench and kitchen island. ESTATION R is a responsible market with bulk products in Guadalajara, designed by Mess Studio. This project was born out of the need to raise awareness about single-use plastic, non-biodegradable waste and the quality of the food we consume, through recyclable packaging and natural products. This 2,500 sq. ft private residence based in Gurgaon embodies the union of functional parameters & the sheer comfort of a home. The contemporary abode embodies a midcentury modern aesthetic straddled with a contemporary ethos. The subject of design is the furnishing and facilities of a part of the apartment for a musician and his partner. The space in question is a new apartment on the second floor of a new apartment building in Ústí nad Labem. Certain elements of the apartment – floors and windows – were left intact, according to the wish of the client.The inspiration brought in by the owner into the first ideas about the living space came from the interest in the furnishing of old cottages heavily scattered on the surrounding hills of the České Středohoří landscape. Set against the foothills of the Himalayas - Casa Forma is a residence deconstructed in volume to reveal moments that elevate the notion of 'home' . Providing unobstructed views through perforated volumes that layer up to form the front façade , Casa Forma is an open land based structure on the downward slop terrain with the south facing facade view. Casa Forma derives its name from the Italian word "Forma" meaning the form of the existing surroundings , which in this case being the Himalayan range helped the architects replicate the layering of the existing mountain typography through its volume and extensive horizontal line play in its Facade design ideology.
