Residential Dry Below Deck
Situated overlooking an Alpharetta, Georgia Lake in an upscale neighborhood, plans for this beautiful residence included a new dry-below deck and pool addition.
The lower deck had not been used to its potential. Once the new pool was installed, that lower deck would become a much-desired poolside entertainment area. In their search for a waterproof solution, they found the perfect product to enhance the upper deck and keep the lower deck dry – Duradek.

Anaha — “reflection of light” in the Hawaiian language — was designed to capture and reflect the light of the Pacific Ocean as well as the dramatic and ever-changing sky in Honolulu. Set within the Ward Village development, this multi-family residential project is informed by native Hawaiian plants and traditions, paying homage to the natural beauty and history of Honolulu.
Anaha is oriented with its long axis perpendicular to the shoreline to preserve sight lines from mauka (mountains in Hawaiian) to makai (sea). Landscape Design Workshop has won the 2017 American Architecture Prize in the category of Landscape Architecture / Outdoor Design for their project Las Olas Beach Club pool and amenity deck. The 35,000-square-foot amenity deck serves the residents of a 29-story luxury ocean-front condominium overlooking the famed Fort Lauderdale beach in South Florida.
