This was a restoration project of a beautiful Richard Norman Shaw Grade II property in Knightsbridge. The house was converted from seven flats back into a single dwelling townhouse, consisting of the amalgamation of the Main House with the Mews House. We worked with a variety of consultants, including; a structuralengineer, an M&E engineer, a lighting consultant, an audio/visual consultant, a specialist spa and a pool consultant, and bespoke suppliers and specialists. Home spas are a rare yet luxurious interior design commodity, and it can be pretty challenging to design one successfully. However, the CAS team neatly and efficiently managed to design a relaxing home spa in an unused villa basement in Sulaymaniyah, Iraqi Kurdistan. Initially, there was nothing but a swimming pool to work with, but the CAS team masterfully worked around the existing physical constraints to create a clean, modern look that is the epitome of elegance and sophistication.
