Health Centre Rosenthal
In the heritage-protected core of the municipality of Wald ZH, between the village centre, the railway station and the parish church, a building was constructed, the Rosenthal Health Centre, which unites the facilities of the Drei Tannen Foundation under one roof and anchors them in the village.

In terms of size, the new building is oriented towards the existing manufactories from the textile heyday. The three staggered building sections respond to the varying scales and orientations of the context and create varied outdoor spaces. Intra Mental Health Center
The Intra Mental Health Center, situated in the Davtashen district of Yerevan, is a psychological center for children and teenagers. The previous structure was a two-story residential house with a beautiful red tuff stone exterior but was dated and needed some expansion to account for the center’s operations. In the reconstruction phase we retained the original façade by highlighting the entrance and the third story’s balcony with white voids. We extended the building in the back to create a staircase and added a third floor. We further developed the surroundings of the building by incorporating landscaping techniques to create a pleasurable backyard. More

Kotten
Following the total destruction of the old trail centre in a fire in 2013, Kungälv municipality arranged an architectural competition for a new, modern trail centre in the Fontin area of Kungälv municipality. Tengbom's Kotten (the Pine Cone) proposal won first prize in the architectural competition for the new building.

The new, modern trail centre includes a café, lockers and dressing rooms. The outside environment has also been given a facelift with a new playground, outdoor gym and a handicapped-accessible pier at the lake.

REY JUAN CARLOS HOSPITAL
The new Hospital Rey Juan Carlos in Móstoles is a centre integrated in the public health network, designed to offer care which is universal, nearby and effective to around 180,000 citizens in Móstoles and its outskirts. The hospital, involving a capital outlay of 232.2 million Euros, is endowed with a total surface area of 94,705 m2 which provides: 570 hospitalization and intensive beds, 12 operating theatres, 54 outpatients’ units, 33 exploration rooms, 7 RPTU (Radiological Protection Technical Units), 84 emergency stations, 17 dialysis stations, 20 medical day hospital stations, 20 surgical day hospital stations and 17 radiology stations, inter alia.
