Berberè Firenze | Manifattura Tabacchi

The locationThe venue is located within the urban regeneration project which involved the spaces of the famous former cigar factory Manifattura Tabacchi in Florence, active for over seventy years and abandoned since 2001. The ambitious redevelopment project aimed to give life to a new neighborhood of the city, so that it could become an alternative meeting place compared to the historic center and a creative hub for commercial activities in art, design, fashion and refined restaurants.The original building complex, of rationalist architecture, was designed by Bartoli and Nervi in the 1930s and has 16 buildings arranged over an area of approximately 100,000 m2, when the Monopoly decided to unify the Sant'Orsola and San Pancrazio plants. MISCUSI Milano | C.C. Merlata Bloom

The locationInaugurated in November 2023, Merlata Bloom Milano constitutes the urban connection link between two of the most important urban regeneration projects in Milan, Mind and Uptown, with the declared aim of re-establishing the transformation of the north-west quadrant of the city of Milan in a sustainable way . The area was purchased in 2019. The building was built in record time, during the years of the pandemic, immediately aiming for Breeam sustainability certification, an evaluation protocol that implies an integrated design policy, the sustainable choice of materials , the creation of efficient systems. Berberè Rimini | Via Tempio Malatestiano 30

The locationThe restaurant is located at the intersection of via Tempio Malatestiano and via Giordano Bruno, on the ground floor of a building spread over three floors. The Malatesta Temple to which the street takes its name is more commonly referred to as the Duomo. Completely renovated under the lordship of Sigismondo Pandolfo Malatesta, with the contribution of artists such as Leon Battista Alberti, Matteo de' Pasti, Agostino di Duccio and Piero della Francesca. Although incomplete, it is the key work of the Rimini Renaissance and one of the most significant architectures of the Italian fifteenth century. It is one of the largest and most popular shopping mall in Lombardy region, as it can be easily reached by public transport from the city of Milan and by car following the West ring road. Berberè Bologna Porta Saragozza

The locationThe restaurant, which overlooks the Piazza di Porta Saragozza in Bologna, is part of the ancient Falansterio complex of the city. Over the years it has hosted various functions, from the bus depot and repair shop to some catering and entertainment venues. Caption It was divided into an entrance, which in the old Falansterio project was a public portico, a kitchen area with related warehouses located in a raised area and a more recently built room that overlooks the garden and which housed the bar and all the customer services. Panorama Pizzaria

Located in a second storey of a 50's old building, in the heart of Belo Horizonte downtown, the project of Alfredo Lanna & Mateus Castilho aim the dialogue with modern and the art deco style. Altought the entrance by a stair, one of the challenges of the project, the convidative atmosphere was designed trought street posters of city motifs made by a local artist. the original ambients was maintened and all the wooden and tile floor was recovered. The dining and living room closets was tranformed in the wine cellar, made by an market's old roller shutter.
