Upholding the Law

Nissen Richards Studio has completed designs for ‘Upholding the Law: Magnus the Lawmender’s Law of the Land, 1274-2024’, a refined, atmospheric and delicately-staged exhibition for The National Library of Norway. The show celebrates the 750th anniversary of the country’s 1274 ‘Law of the Land’, which laid the foundation for the Norwegian legal system and for popular participation in it – effectively establishing the prerequisites for democracy. SIN, PENANCE, FORGIVENESS. INTERACTIVE EXHIBITION

Between April and October 2009, coinciding with the Jubilee Year, Santo Domingo de la Calzada (La Rioja) holds the exhibition La Rioja Tierra Abierta: Sin, Penance, Forgiveness. INDISSOLUBLE S.L. INDISSOLUBLE S.L. INDISSOLUBLE S.L. INDISSOLUBLE S.L. The show takes place at different spaces in the Cathedral of Salvador: the cloisters, the museum, the cloister’s courtyard and the roof. An important part of the artistic heritage of Santo Domingo de la Calzada is recovered with the renewal of the Cathedral Museum and the refurbishment of different parts of the Cathedral, as well as with the paving and lighting of the temple. The exhibition Designing America. Spain’s imprint in the US was held at the Biblioteca Nacional of Spain, from 4 July to 12 October 2014. As the final step to the revamp previously done in Microcosm, the permanent exhibition designed and produced by Indissoluble that presents the work of the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN – acronym of the French Conseil Européen pour la Recherche Nucléaire), is the Theorist Office videmapping. ALICE (acronym for A Large Ion Collider Experiment) is one of the seven detectors or experiments located alongside the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN, Geneva (Switzerland). COSMOCAIXA NEW PERMANENT EXHIBITION

Indissoluble collaborates in the refurbishing of the permanent exhibition at the Barcelona Science Museum by producing the exhibiting structures (partitions and platforms) and designing and producing the Brain Dome.  INDISSOLUBLE S.L. ESPAI CRÀTER. INTERACTIVE EXHIBITION

A journey to the volcanoes world from the interior of a volcano. This is what the new volcanoes, science, and society benchmark centre, Espai Cràter, offers to the public. Located in Olot, inside the Puig del Roser volcano, the new building offers a fully interactive exhibition, created by Indissoluble and designed for all ages, that goes from the origin of the universe to the present, explaining the volcanoes of the Garrotxa and the rest of the world. SM18. CERN. VISITOR CENTER

Indissoluble designs and produces the Visitor Center for SM18, a 750 m2 building where large magnets and radiofrequency cavities are tested and validated, to be later used in the collider’s ring. Mediterranean Modern

Looking for a formal frame that would consistently answer the requests of the design brief, we were inspired by a style that can be defined as Mediterranean Modern. A style expressed by residential architecture scattered along the coasts of the Mediterranean Sea, interpreting elements of classicism in a contemporary way - arches, iconic staircases, rough surfaces and earth colors. Sensitive insertion of new gallery space at the historic Olomouc Archdiocesan Museum

In Olomouc, Czech Republic, the Archdiocesan Museums hold a permanent exhibition of the spiritual culture of the Olomouc Archdiocese and an art gallery with paintings and sculptures collected by Olomous bishops since the 16th century. The entire historic fabric of the museum complex underwent a complex conservation reconstruction from 1998 to 2006.
