Architectural Office “BiroPlus” from Vrsac, has opened a branch office in the center of Belgrade, municipality of Stari Grad. For that occasion, a twenty-seven- year-old architect, who had started her architectural practice in this office with a long tradition in designing, engineering and consulting, was hired as an author of the project. She was given full support by the team of the employed engineers.The new office space, which is also a kind of showroom, is located on the ground floor of an object dating from 1962, in Dobračina Street. Industrial Rustic Cafe Interior Design
What do you do when a famous coffeehouse brand comes to you for an interior consultation and asks for a uniquely individual theme? You give them a trendy and stylish physical design statement that completely hooks them in. The CAS team proposed a stylish industrial-rustic interior aesthetic for this café in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia that promised a fresh yet welcoming aura. The design was carried out in warm, natural accents and light contemporary touches. The ambience was enhanced even more with the help of creative lighting and innovative green design elements that added a fresh, inviting and comfortable aura to the atmosphere.

Al-Estiqlal 3-Star Hotel Design
Located on the popular Al-Estiqlal Street in Basra, Iraq, this 3 star hotel features the best of exterior and interior designs. The CAS team participated in an amalgamated architectural and interior collaboration to deliver the layout and exterior design of this hotel. From the parking in the basement to the public spaces on the ground floor and the private guest rooms on the first four floors, each and every element has been designed to emulate a welcoming and comfortable ambience. The exterior boasts a traditional elevation that fits right within the context of the existing street. This hotel encapsulates a truly wholesome design that never fails to attract guests.
