Mainly inspired by Eastern aesthetic and meditation, this facial surgery and dental clinic was conceived following notions of lightness and calm. A deep approach which has been achieved through very simple means: light wood to give the space a sense of calm, as well as translucent glass to capture the emotion of light.   The design is marked by an atypical waiting area placed facing the treatment rooms, in which a large bench runs longitudinally the interior facade. Each of the seating areas is framed with a composition of sliding panels that run as screens over windows to bring light inside in a soft way. An award-winning project - Wara Hospital hosts a state-of-the-art medical facility clinic - located in Sabah Al Salem, Kuwait. Spread over 14 floors covering 5,600 square meters and overlooking a breathtaking view on the Arabian Gulf Sea. With the aim of bringing together a large number of dental specialties in the same building, this new dental clinic, located on the outskirts of Palma de Mallorca, sought to enhance the notion of order by improving the circulation of professionals and patients. The new school complex of Couchant in Nyon is part of the plot released by the demolition of the current school of the city. It includes, in a single building, a primary school for about 480 students, an extracurricular group for 60 children, a music school and PPLS services. This complex program is organized in an urban fragment that generates public spaces of quality for the users and for the inhabitants of the district. The concept of a dental office in Katowice based on combining two dwellings on the ground floor of a multi-residental building. The core of the concept was to brighten the compact space with bright shades complemented by pistachio-coloured and black elements of a lightening system, electrical accessories and the fitting. Grey, smooth, resin floor matches the furniture, and the linear lightening frames create orthogonal systems on ceilings of rooms. The characteristic type of a font of the logotype has been also used to mark particular rooms in two ways: green areas (available for patients) and colourless areas (restricted for medical staff). Creating a space linked to the studio’s philosophy and exploring the work of our clients in depth, the new Peydro Herrero dental clinic sought to balance the seriousness of dentistry with the intimacy of design. The client wanted to transform and expand a two-storey building on Van Horne Avenue in Outremont, Montreal. The ground floor was to be used for commercial purposes, while the second floor would have an apartment for rent and the third floor would be the client’s home. Of the existing building, only the concrete structure of the ground floor was to be preserved. VolumesThe project plays with a series of imbricated volumes. A bank to be transformed into a dental clinic. The given program suggested the need of compartmentalize the space, dealing only with the perimeter walls and the building's structure. Following the client's vision, in this clinic, each man should have an unique and personalized treatment, but every doctor's office should have similar conditions for this to happen. The similarity allows the uniqueness to be framed. The same clinic, the same doctors should create many unique treatments every day. The "Old Dental Clinic", an Art Nouveau building in the style of Viennese Secession, located at Auenbruggerplatz 12, became vacant after the dental clinic moved into a new building. It has now been converted into the walk-in clinic of the Graz State Hospital Hematology Department.
