The project for the new corporate offices of Siemens in Polanco was done by Work+. One of the main objectives of the project was to obtain the LEED Gold certification and for this reason all the elements considered for the development of the project were selected with the adequate characteristics to achieve this goal. The building has a large central courtyard that is used as an open working space and for internal circulations. To make the most of the natural light in the inside the working areas were distributed using open space planning taking advantage of the light coming in through the facades and central space. The company Edenred needed corporate offices reacting to the new proactive outline of the XXI century. An open environment integrating design and art —with a renewed perspective of team work— in an articulated space ideal for collaboration and interrelation between the different areas.A special image for each business unit is evident in all of the six floors. In some levels the areas are diversified however linked inside of a space that allows visual contact. There is an asymmetric sense in the graphics and the lighting disposition that accentuates the companies own dynamic.Glass partitions provide acoustic isolation and allow the natural light to go through. This corporate office is in one of the most avant-garde buildings located at the west of Mexico City, the challenge for Eskema Arquitectos was the client´s requirement an interior design project that strongly expressed the prestige of the brand and at the same time a certain air of informality. Gifan International main center is located in the industrial area of Tultitlán, Estado de Mexico; the company is responsible for the distribution of premium products to the largest supermarkets in the country. Within the 9,500.00 square meters of warehouses a specific area was assigned to the corporate offices of the company, we started in 2013 with the first design project without knowing the rapid growth that it would have in future years. Commercial buildings always tend to have very bold exteriors and highly flexible interiors, which is why this 17 floor commercial business center in the heart of Dammam, Saudi Arabia is such a qualitative success. The lobby and two stores on the ground floor are a great forefront for the parking area on the second floor, while the rest of the 15 story’s house corporate offices. The CAS design team went for a high-powered, corporate chic look for both the exterior and the interior. Gilmore Company Parking Garage wanted to incorporate the rich history of the city into the design to enhance the guest experience. For the master plan of this project we considered a distribution with a clear structure able to support the company´s activities. Barry-Callebaut required an operative center with an academy, green house, relaxing area and open space offices in a single area. At the entrance there is a wide bookcase, inspired in a library, that divides the circulation towards the chef presentation area. This area has video and audio system to offer a complete experience in the art of chocolate making and is surrounded by glass partitions to take advantage of the natural light. Algotec is a high-tech company engaged in information development and processing in the sphere of medical imaging. Its corporate offices are located in Ra'anana and extend over three floors. In the new interior planning, we linked all three floors with a private interior staircase, used solely by Algotec's employees. During the design process, our planning ideas drew on the company's content world – the human body and its components. The inspiration for the interior planning and design came from images of the human body's elements, like cells, molecules, tissue, and the spinal column. The 900 m2 area occupies the third level of the building, and SPACE designed a space based on the needs and challenges of the organization.
