Total GFA of 16,000 sqm provides mixed spaces for events, working, conference as well as re-enforcing the development and collaboration between startup companies not only in Ho Chi Minh City but also the whole country. Innovation and Startup Hub was certified for EDGE Green Building.

Designed using dasso sustainable bamboo products to create a modern space and show the beauty of nature. dassoCTECH decking has been installed around the swimming pool, balcony, and roof decking; The bamboo timber circular railings and handrails in the garden are customized by CNC Process; Bamboo Fence is used in the gallery and grille of the outdoor dining area.

The new headquarter for the consulting engineering firm Goblet Lavandier & Associés has been designed and built with the latest standards in working environment and building techniques.
The building is very compact on the ground (25 x 25m), optimizing the construction limits and consists of a concrete structure with a façade made of galvanized sheet metal cladding.
In order to create a healthy and comfortable working environment, the interior design was completed with many communication spaces.
