Marina house

The house is located on an urban lot with 525m² of surface area, located in Marina Ilha Verde (Pelotas-RS), bathed by Arroio Pelotas and other artificial channels. The building is located along the south side of the land, which creates a side patio that runs the entire length of the house. Edifício Waldyr Beira

The Waldyr Beira Building, developed by Perkins&Will São Paulo for the Construtora e Incorporadora Pedra Forte, brings an innovative proposition to the corporate building segment. Located in one of the most valued regions of São Paulo's capital, Rebouças Avenue, the single-tower development has 22 corporate floors with nearly 6 meters of double-height. "This is a strategy to vertically expand the constructive potential while maintaining the floor area, thus providing a breathtaking view of the tree-lined horizon of Jardins neighborhood," says Douglas Tolaine, Design Principal of the studio. Rua Harmonia

In the Morumbi district in San Paolo, surrounded by villas with swimming pool and luxury apartment blocks, the small residential building of Rua Harmonia seems to portray the strong generative contrasts of energy that characterise the modernity of the South American megalopolis. The irregular geometry of the building along the street unites the two adjacent structures by aligning itself towards their different heights, while the corten steel facing covers the façades like a shield.
