Marina house
The house is located on an urban lot with 525m² of surface area, located in Marina Ilha Verde (Pelotas-RS), bathed by Arroio Pelotas and other artificial channels. The building is located along the south side of the land, which creates a side patio that runs the entire length of the house.

On the ground floor, the organization is based on exposed concrete plans that direct the views, guarantee the privacy of the social area and protect the service sector. The side access leads residents through an internal courtyard. The other enclosures on the ground floor are transparent, ensuring views of the internal courtyard, other external areas and the canal at the end of the lot.

Edifício Waldyr Beira
The Waldyr Beira Building, developed by Perkins&Will São Paulo for the Construtora e Incorporadora Pedra Forte, brings an innovative proposition to the corporate building segment. Located in one of the most valued regions of São Paulo's capital, Rebouças Avenue, the single-tower development has 22 corporate floors with nearly 6 meters of double-height. "This is a strategy to vertically expand the constructive potential while maintaining the floor area, thus providing a breathtaking view of the tree-lined horizon of Jardins neighborhood," says Douglas Tolaine, Design Principal of the studio. The landscape can be admired right from the first floor, positioned at the level of the treetops.

Rua Harmonia
In the Morumbi district in San Paolo, surrounded by villas with swimming pool and luxury apartment blocks, the small residential building of Rua Harmonia seems to portray the strong generative contrasts of energy that characterise the modernity of the South American megalopolis. The irregular geometry of the building along the street unites the two adjacent structures by aligning itself towards their different heights, while the corten steel facing covers the façades like a shield. The abstract connection between life on the street and in the home is achieved through the two large square openings that are high at the front and the back, with just one single, fixed window, together with the terrace on the third floor.
