The existing, tired and dated property had small rooms, a lack of living accommodation and poor connections to the garden. ArchitectureLIVE's design added an open plan kitchen and dining area and gallery study extension. The conversion of the existing dining room and kitchen into a new snug area provided further flexible living space. A new master bedroom suite extension replacing an existing flat roof completed the new accommodation.
