The detailed program proposed by the international competition by invitation includedthe coexistence of a restaurant and some shops, a climbing wall, pools with slides, forswimming, diving and learning, and a thermarium.


Located in a neighborhood of larger hotels, residential fabric of already 'partly fringedthe boundary between the village and the mountains, the project plays the pivotal rolebetween the city and the forest facing this condition with a double staircase facing theurban south and a vertical element associated with an inclined plane that makes astrong local roots in the north.


A deep porch overhang is projected towards the city, introducing the ground floor, besides the entrance hall to the dressing rooms and shops, private entrance to theclimbing wall and restaurant spaces and plant, while the first floor are located therestaurant with a terrace, aperitif to the city 'and the swimming pools, and also in a privileged position with open views, related to the coverage with patios and ramps. Horizontality of the plate containing the tanks is a counterpoint to the "tower" overwhich the slides and climbing wall, is crowned by a glass prism that contains thethermarium tanks equipped with an exceptional view of the landscape.
