TECA BY ALFREDO HÄBERLI WARDROBE / CHEST OF DRAWERS / BEDSIDE TABLE

The TECA range consists of several wardrobe configurations and a bedside table, which is also a dress boy.

6 wardrobe configurations are created by combinations of 3 basic modules: high wardrobe / low wardrobe incl. shelves / chest of 4 drawers.

Any wardrobe configuration stands on a graphic metal carriage and seems to float. The doors open over a rail and fold out like a book. Like the drawers, the doors are bevelled over their entire length, removing the need for handles and reinforcing the muted character.

Colours and materials 1. The standard version has a corpus in traffic white (RAL 9016), made of laminated chipboard with fronts made of lacquered MDF. Alfredo Häberli suggests satin traffic white (RAL 9016) fronts + high gloss papyrus white (RAL9018) as matching contrast colour.

2. Or it is possible to build the corpus and fronts of lacquered MDF. In this case, Alfredo Häberli recommends: MDF corpus / fronts in satin white grey (RAL 9002) in combination with one of the following high gloss contrast colours: Pastel Violet (RAL 4009) or Reed Green (RAL 6013) or Squirrel Grey (RAL 7000)

The base is powder coated metal in satin traffic white (RAL 9016). Other lacquered colours are possible against an extra charge. Drawers are made of laminated MDF in satin traffic white (RAL 9016).

Quote by the designer: The idea of TECA is the relief-like front creation. The grips which allow the opening of the doors and drawers originate from the overlappings of the surfaces. The choice of colors is based on a contrast between shining and matt surfaces. The three basic volumes of TECA – high wardrobe, small wardrobe, chest of drawers – are placed on a metal base. The basic volumes can be combined together. Thus TECA can be adapted to the individual needs. Alfredo Häberli, Designer
