"Six" wall tiles use concrete and waste ceramic as component and are made out of integrated mold, so that the surface is smooth and delicate and the tile is light and strong. In Asia, along with the increased ceramic quality requirements, more and more ceramic waste from defective tiles are discarded and dumped in landfill, occupying farmland and polluting local ecological environment. We combine it with concrete to produce wall tiles. During production, the smashed tile residue is mixed with our self-developed concrete to serve as an ingredient, and then sawdust fiber is added to enhance toughness and reduce weight. Made from integrated mold with no additional decoration to reduce production costs and to realize industrial mass production smoothly. Regarding the design, it uses the light and shadow imaging principle to create a three-dimensional effect on two-dimensional geometric images; the product is very decorative and artistic. On this based "six" can not only achieve environmental purpose, but also turn ceramic residue into products with using value, which can also be mass produced, and even develop into a sustainable industry; therefore it has an unique significance.
