Goldray's Digital Printing uses frit, which is a composition formed by fusing inorganic materials onto glass by heating it at extremely high temperatures. This printing process applies designs directly onto glass in much the same way that an inkjet printer prints onto paper. This solution allows you to create multi-color or photographic images for either monolithic or laminated installations. Designs using this process are fused onto the glass surface during the tempering process.
This glass printing technique is recommended for architects and designers working on LEED-certified projects. It is an environmentally conscious material and may be recycled at the end of its useful life.
