Why spoil your minimal door design with visible hinges, when you can hide them away?

The Atomika concealed hinge range achieves this, and is now extended with a brand new model - Karakter. The name we have given it expresses what this new hinge stands for - the strength of steel and resistance of its components, arranged in perfect symmetry, formed by the progressive deep draw stamping process.

Atomika Karakter is a concealed 3-way adjustable high-strength steel hinge with a much higher performance compared to other models in the same hinge category, reaching a capacity of 80kg with only 2 hinges being fitted.

The new model is created to satisfy the requirements of all door manufacturers producing special doors requiring the use of high-performance hinges (e.g.: fire doors, door closers, high-traffic doors in public areas).

Its 7-fulcrum design, fully-bushed with anti-wear and self-lubricating materials, delivers a smooth door movement, avoiding the need for extra-lubrication.

Karakter also appeals to manufacturers seeking components with low environmental impact, due to the cold-formed steel manufacturing process. Thanks to its this innovative production process, the ATOMIKA range is a unique opportunity for those who choose to have a sustainable finished product.

Full HD finishes complete the hinge profile, meeting the highest requirements in appearance and corrosion protection.
