Reclaimed

A large run of industrial pendants salvaged from a Hungarian piggery. The vitreous enamelled steel shade shows slight signs of wear while the original finned aluminium gallery has been refurbished and polished, they would be ideal above a kitchen island or work surface. Each light is supplied with a new screw (E27) lamp holder, 2mtrs of suspension chain, elephant grey braided cable and ceiling mounting plate.  Meer

Our ‘Waves’ design is a textured wall panel made from reclaimed Olive wood. Wood from the olive tree is excellent wood. It is a hard wood and has a splendid grain. The core of the trunk is a creamy-brown colour, with dark or black streaks. The grain can be wavy, burl or wild. The texture is fine and uniform with a natural lustre.   Wonderwall Studios uses the big pruned branches for its collections. Occasionally we’ll source a complete tree, but as these are rare we mostly rely on the pruned branches. The permissions needed to fell a tree or to buy pruned branches are time-consuming, but absolutely necessary: the tree is an important economic resource.
