Zonnesteen Zemst

Polyrey products were used for a wide and diverse range of applications within this nursing home in Zemst (Belgium). For the rooms of the residents, clean and plain decors were used for the head boards, fixed cabinets and sliding doors that seperate the bathroom from the rest of the room. In the corridors, the same idea has been pursued by using a plain colour for the build in doors and cabinets. Polyrey High Pressure Laminate products, with excellent technical qualities and antibacterial ‘Santized’ grade as standard, were not only perfectly suited for the residential part of this home. Therefore several applications within the communal living space area were made out of Polyrey panels as well such as furniture, table tops and the bar area. Warm woodgrain decors were applied here to match with the bold colour of the chairs. Finally, the trend of combining a warm woodgrain with a plain colour was extended to the office areas, where a white plain colour was chosen to create a pure and serene atmosphere.
