West Gate Residence, which has become the largest luxury residence project in Ankara with its 140.000 square meter construction area is also offering privileges with its unique fixtures.

- Before starting the project in 2011, we were aware that especially in this district, called Konutkent, a "new life style" need to be offered different from the conventional housing projects. For this reason WEST GATE project was an opportunity for us- all together with its location, size and investors' vision- to realize what we have in our mind. First of all, in this design we want to sign a project which reflects our thoughts and enthusiasm along with the changing life styles and needs of the district. The architectural approach we developed in this project is based on the creation of a theme "buildings in green/green in buildings, viable environment, rich activity areas" that is rarely realized in residential projects in Ankara. 101 and 112 meter high blocks, each of them having unique Ankara panorama, were designed in a monumental form serving a scenery itself. The life will be held in this project was enriched through the floor gardens and social areas and observation decks in each block. WEST GATE , not only as a residential project but a multipurpose, complex project with its high quality and extraverted commercial units around. Designed around the 6,500m2 plaza, while cafes and restaurants creates an atmosphere where people enjoy being together, shops and markets flowing each other with different platforms will serve all the needs about life. We believe that, just as it is named, WEST GATE will be the new face of Ankara in the west side.
