New detached house located on a hillside shelf with beautiful views overlooking the Trondheim Fjord.
The plan consists of a large rectangle with emphasized "cut-outs" to form good sheltered and covered outdoor areas. Large glass folding walls enable the main room to be opened fully towards the sea and the west.
All functions are kept on one level to achieve life-cycle accessibility. Covered ramp between garage and house ensures dry access to the house throughout the year.
The plan is two-fold; a longitudinal axis with corridor and core rooms divides bedrooms on the east side from living zones to the west.
The house is built with prefabricated elements from Lithuania.
