Setter Architects as Architects

Verint offices are located in the heart of Hertzliya Pituach's business district. The offices are spread over 6 floors, a total area of 20,000 sqm. The offices were originally planned and designed by Setter Architects approximately 10 years ago, therefore the company has decided to rejuvenate the general look and renovate the space in order to introduce a youthful dynamic work environment that will appeal to the current employees but reel in future employees. The renovation mainly focused on the public areas throughout the space such as main lobby, hallways, cafeterias and kitchenettes, meeting rooms and executive management area. The cafeterias which serve as gathering places where employees dine, work and relax are a colorful celebration of materials and shades. The design incorporates warm, home like elements and grants the employees a sense of home within the work place. Several closed rooms were demolished in order to accommodate collaboration areas and various types of booths; these areas serve the purpose of holding informal meetings, as well as intimate social gatherings. These types of collaboration spaces have become a vital ingredient amongst high tech companies and encourage changing every so often the typical work setting. Verints' new hallways are equipped with bright colors, and unique lighting fixtures that follow the pedestrians along the space using different rhythms and various lengths. In addition to the exclusive light setting, the hallways are embellished with colorful graphics that invigorate and amplify a positive relaxed work space that enables for quality work an extended time. The lobby entrance is home to a grand, magnificent wall; it is made of scorched metal plates along with vegetation and lighting elements. Across from it is the reception desk, made of veneer & Corian and a custom lit company logo. The lobby's center piece is a snake- like custom made multifunctional furniture, it incorporates within it 3 different types of seating, low seating, lounge seating, and bar seating. The "snake" serves as a waiting area, casual encounters and a main meeting point at large gatherings and company events. The lobby's cafeteria was planned as a coffee shop. Above it hangs a metal "pergola" that dictates a more intimate space within the large high space of the lobby.
