Background and Client László Vass, the founder and leader of Vass Shoes Budapest belongs to a generation of shoe makers who were brave and energetic enough to go back to the roots of their craft and revive a rich, old tradition, giving the art of shoe making new impetus in a new age. Now a days he's working with his daughter, Éva Vass who belongs to the next generation of this tradition.

The new shop is located in the heart of Budapest’s city centre, in pedestrian zone Haris köz. Beside the architectural and interior design T2a Architect stook part in the design consultancy of the new work shop as well. The timeless architectural and interior design of fine details and quality materials reflect son Hungarian craft traditions, the state-of-the art appearence of the facade refers to Budapest's classic shops from the beginning of the 20th century.
