This Victorian mansion house was converted into flats in the 1980's, however, the layout of the top floor was left unaltered. moon was commissioned to refurbish this space and design and build a high quality, modern penthouse apartment. Once listed building consent had been granted to remove walls and remodel the space, work began. The three front bedrooms were knocked through to create a stunning kitchen, dining and living space, detailed with contemporary panelling and concealed doors. The remodel also incorporated a state of the art cinema room, three new bathrooms and the insertion of a large rooflight in the main hall space. Work also included complete re-wiring, re-plumbing, plastering and redecoration throughout.
