The 380 departments project preselected in Quito Biennial 2014 presents one of the best qualities of life accessible to lower-income people within a metropolitan center highly densified as Mexico City, even seem utopian this densification of 80% with both community space and especially the type and quality of amenities achieved... it is an attempt to return to the users lives, rather than the architects in these days.
It has a privileged location in front of the public sports park “Plutarco Elías Calles” where you can swim, play soccer, etc. and also just 5 minutes away from the “Canal del norte” public transportation subway station "metro".
We are talking about such an honorable waiter, elementary school teacher, government clerk, driver, nurse, etc. with a very low government credit "Infonavit" of 46mil USD to pay 15 to 30 years you are living in a housing complex where you can book the multipurpose room for 200 people of the dwelling unit just for 150 USD / day for the graduation of his daughter, while children can spent time in the playroom or the wife can go to the gym and do yoga, or simply make use of his private cinema for 50 spectators and invite a friend to play billiards.
The buildings were managed at different stages with different schemes: in the 1st part on the side of the road Guanacebi, the project strategy was to design several voids, but as the project proceed to the following stages we opted to do the last 3 buildings unifying all the voids in order to create best dimension yards for community living.
