Deltacalor as Designers

The continuative research and development of new technologies, typical of DELTACALOR, brought to the creation of SYSTEM, part of the patented IDEAS collection, which pushes the borders of the domestic heat to new horizons. A unique proposal capable of arousing strong emotions for the refined aesthetic and ensure the maximum comfort thanks to the revolutionary technology used.

SYSTEM, a result of creativity studies by Studio Dell’Acqua Bellavitis, is a truly innovative system which hides the essence of its design in the exclusive technology, which allows multiple aesthetic configurations. The foundation of this project is composed of the revolutionary “heat pipes” technology: the water runs through the radiator collector and conveys heat quickly and uniformly to the pipes. These pipes, heat-pipes, are vacuumed conductors, with no water inside, through which only thanks to their contact with the hot collector they become uniformly hot along their lengths, ensuring the optimal heat output. An avant-guarde project developed with total respect for the environment: thanks to this technology, the boiler needs to heat less water, compared to a traditional radiator, ensuring therefore significant energy saving.

Not only: SYSTEM is a radiator which can be freely composed by the user: it is actually possible to mount and dismount the different lengths heat pipes on the collector, which can also have different dimensions, creating infinitive aesthetic combinations, preserving the same thermal output. It’s the customer himself that “draws” from the website his ideal composition. In the event of walls repainting, the access to the walls behind is extremely easy, through the sole dismounting of the pipes.

Three versions available:

FREE SYSTEM, the changeable radiator composed of a fixed horizontal or vertical collector and different sized heat pipes which can be freely modulated creating infinitive aesthetic combinations thanks to the exclusive technology.

Available heights: cm 82 (16 pipes) - 142 (28 pipes) - 182 (36 pipes) Pipes width: cm 40/50/60 Thermal output: ∆t50° min 341. MAX 1.089 (W)

MOVE SYSTEM, the radiator with the turning vertical collector which allows the creation of infinitive and functional drawings and forms through the movements of its elements. An extremely flexible suggestion, exposed at the M.A.D. of New York.

Available heights: cm 94 (16 pipes) – 154 (28 pipes) – 194 (36 pipes) Pipes width: cm 40/50/60 Thermal output: ∆t50° min 354. MAX 1.102 (W)

A new minimalistic concept which produces unexpected heat, and where modular lines alternate and create multiple optical plots and scores of counterpoints. It is composed of two turning collectors which open and close, creating a heating system in constant movement.

Available heights: cm 152 (27 pipes) Pipes width: cm 40/50 Thermal output: ∆t50° min 852 MAX 960 (W)

SYSTEM by DELTACALOR: not a simple radiator, but a new concept of heat through complete freedom of expression.
