Spot-Art as Urban Design in Utrecht

In Utrecht we've done a restaurationproject for the municipal government of Utrecht. For the restauration of two gateways in the district of Lombok we have made four lightning armatures of Spot-Art (with LED-lighting). The Spot-Art panels are made of 3 mm thick aluminium and are 6 meter tall and 30 centimers high. The image of clouds and birds with text in it are made out holes in steel. The size of the holes make the image. The text on the panels all together forms a little poem.
